Chris McDaniel

Chris McDaniel is a writer, speaker, and stewardship advocate. He is the author of Ignite Your Generosity (InterVarsity Press), Steward Leaders Rise, and Open Hands: Faith, Work, and Generosity in the Life of Steve Wilson.

He serves as Chief Revenue Officer and Partner at vTECH io and has spent years helping Christian leaders think about generosity, work, and finishing well. He approaches these books the same way he approached Steve's story: listen carefully, write truthfully, and refuse to turn a life into a monument.

Retired in 2025 after 31 years as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. MBA, Liberty University.
